Return Policy

A 14 day return policy applies with every product if the customer can show proof of purchase with a purchasing date. The product must be unused, in perfect shape and in its original and undamaged packaging when it is returned. If a product is sealed, it needs to be sealed upon returning it. Upon returning a product, the return price is based on the original price of the product, unless it is being returned during a sale or a special offer, in which case the return price will be based on the price of the day of return. If the customer does not want to exchange the product for another one, a note of credit will be issued after the product has been returned in the form of an issued code that is valid on this store, for one year from the date of return. Shipping and postal fees are not paid back. The customer must pay for the shipping of returned products. We will pay for the shipping of a replacement product.

In the case of a faulty or imperfect product, we will replace it with a new product and pay all shipping costs required to get the replacement to the customer or refund the money if that is requested.
